This new position within our Project Management/Installation group, reporting to our Senior Manager of Project Management and Installations, focuses on providing outstanding technical and design support for our recreational space projects within our Parkworks Team.

You will ensure the success of a project by playing the role of a tech guru during the design and quoting process.

You will also be providing impeccable customer service for internal and external customers.


We are looking for someone with a strong technical aptitude, amazing attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure our Parkworks projects are delivered and installed smoothly.

In this role, you'll be working with multiple departments, so we will rely on your communication and customer service skills to foster productive and positive relationships with diverse personalities and styles, creative to technical, Designers to Engineers.


As the Technical Support Representative, you will:


  • Ensure functionality of designs. Use your expertise with previous structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering to verify design criteria and project compliance.

Create installation drawings. Maybe your artistic talents were evident early on an Etch A Sketch. Now, we will be looking for you to use your adult creativity to provide an easy
- to-follow explanation of the project at hand, using AutoCAD and REVIT.

Deliver legendary service. Make every interaction stand out for its helpfulness - do the little things as well as the big things.

Work within a CRM. After your well thought out communications with your customers, you will track interactions in our CRM system Creatio.

Review plan sets and make recommendations. You are a problem solver with a strong attention to detail and the ability to extract relevant information from a variety of sources and formats (drawings, RFPs, customer quotes).

From $60,000.00 per year
