Description

We are currently seeking a part-time Event Manager to oversee our course operations, coordinate event setup on the day of, manage event materials, control on-site activities, and ensure the safety and well-being of our students.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required for this position, and Mandarin language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Supervise course operations and ensure they run smoothly
Coordinate and oversee event setup on the day of
Manage event materials and ensure their safekeeping
Control onsite activities and ensure they are executed according to plan
Monitor student safety and wellbeing during events
Drive to and from events as needed
Communicate with Mandarinspeaking participants as necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience in event management
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Passion for creating memorable experiences for students
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
