Monday - Thursday (8:30am-5:30pm), Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective & active clients
- Accurately schedule client files
- Ensure confidentiality of all corporate & client information
- Provide professional correspondence with the courts, agents, clients & coworkers
- Review and draft legal documents
- Request required documentation from the courts
- Request, receive & review disclosures
- Conduct legal research
- Conduct reconciliation & bank deposits of daily sales
- Verify agent invoices
- Comply with all corporate policies & procedures
- Assist with other clerical duties such as: data entry, archiving & maintaining company records
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Paralegal License
- Must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of the POA/HTA & Criminal Code of Canada
- Must have previous court experience
- Must have the ability to multitask & prioritize in a fastpaced work environment
- Must have good time management skills & pay close attention to detail
Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of previous Paralegal experience (required):
- Court experience is required
