Sales Coordinator's Core Responsibilities:


  • Opening and closing of the sales centre
  • Putting balloons and marketing signage where needed
  • Printing floor plans
  • Filling out Registration cards
  • Putting together brochures
  • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of sales center
  • Ordering supplies in coordination with Head Office
  • Organizing sales centre back of house
  • Greeting and welcoming walkin clients
  • Making cold calls using Lasso
  • Maintaining a Lasso call report
  • Taking client deposits and handling accordingly
  • Making warm (follow up) calls
  • Maintaining deposit spreadsheets
  • Making deposits in Lawyers' trust accounts
  • Doing follow ups with prospects and recording them in CRM system
  • Deal file management
  • Assignment waitlist management
  • Transaction tracking

Industry Knowledge required:


  • Knowledge of the residential real estate sales cycle
  • Knowledge of local real estate projects and their surrounding areas
  • Completion of the Real Estate Services and Trading Licensing program

Processes You Will Learn:


  • Assignment of the contract process
  • Commission advance process
  • Disclosure and amendment process
  • Construction upgrades and changes process
  • Maintaining our closing/completion spreadsheet
  • Assisting Sales Managers with preparing purchase and sales contracts
  • Assessing the competition by visiting other projects' sales centres

Daily Checklist completion:


  • Contract of Purchase and Sale checklist
  • Transaction sheet checklist
  • Checklist to send out amendments
  • Audit and reference transaction sheets to contracts and to closing spreadsheets

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $56,000.00 per year

Education:
