Description

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
• Participates in meetings and training as required
• Perform daily circle check and log readings
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within workplace as well as in tenant's units
• Perform maintenance/repairs in such fields as: Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, snow/landscaping, general maintenance

• Proven experience in maintenance or related field, some experience of hand power tools would be desired
• Eagerness to learn and attention to detail
• Computer skills basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and excel
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Must have a valid G license
