Accounts Receivable Assistant

  • Strong computer skills.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office.
  • Basic accounting experience.
  • Preparing and sending invoices to clients.
  • Ensure all receivables are up to date and under 60 days.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing ARrelated phone calls.
  • Assist in basic administrative duties.
  • Great phone conversation skills and ability to build client relationships.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must love dogs.
  • Able to take instructions/directions and feel comfortable asking questions.
