Description
Accounts Receivable Assistant- Strong computer skills.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office.
- Basic accounting experience.
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients.
- Ensure all receivables are up to date and under 60 days.
- Handle incoming and outgoing ARrelated phone calls.
- Assist in basic administrative duties.
- Great phone conversation skills and ability to build client relationships.
- Attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must love dogs.
- Able to take instructions/directions and feel comfortable asking questions.
