Description

The Position:

Coordinate the Medical Affairs Functional Quality Assessment, in collaboration with Quality Medicine and Medical Affairs Operations, for the following activity types:

  • Scientific Exchange Meetings
  • Medical Education
  • Special Access Program
  • Standing Requests
  • Advisory Boards / Consultancy Activity
  • Idea for GEN decommissioning support

Responsibilities:


Objective:
Assess activity documentation, analyze and identify opportunities for process enhancement and training

  • Information /

Documentation Gathering:
Collaborate with Coordinator and Activity Owners to gather documents for a random selection of activities

  • Assess and analyze the documentation / process management against (then) SOPs/governance Work with MA Education/Learning & Development Manager and Quality Medicine to identify opportunities for process enhancement /training gaps
This position is based in the Burlington, Ontario office located at 5180 South Service Road and is
flexible .


Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department.
