Your future duties and responsibilities


On a typical day, you will:

  • Identify callers according to security standards
  • Search, consult, modify, reassign and/or close tickets in the CRM tool
  • Understand and interpret the information displayed in the Quebec Business Register
  • Master the different aspects of telephony
  • Communicate with customers about products
  • Produce the payroll according to the client's expectations and according to the legislation in force in the field of payroll;
  • Plan and organize work to meet service levels and customer expectations;
  • Provide timely support to the client during the payroll input process;
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures;
  • Work in close collaboration with other payroll resources;
  • Respect quality standards.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure respecting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude;
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously;
  • Confidentiality and attention to details;
  • Demonstrate teamwork skills;
  • Have a high sense of organization and priorities;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English;

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
