- Simplify the client experience by writing in english and explaining content related to financial literacy and transaction paths.
- Review, harmonise and standardise the tone, messages and all content intended for clients.
- Coordinate the production of content by ensuring compliance with deadlines, follow-ups and deliverables related to digital projects.
- Support project teams to establish processes, priorities and deadlines needed to deliver consistent content aligned with objectives.
- Measure and analyse content performance, draw findings and recommend optimisations based on UX best practises.
- Ensure that editorial standards, web accessibility standards and microcopy and UX writing best practises are applied.
A relevant degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Five (5) to six (6) years of experience in digital writing.
- UX-oriented writing and translation experience in multidisciplinary teams (UI/UX)
- Proficiency in web accessibility and authoring best practises optimised for the user experience.
- Writing and translation skills for digital products (transaction sites, mobile apps).
