What is the opportunity?

  • Cash Management Ops

What will you do?

  • Provide remote support and guidance to clients and partners relating to Cash Management Operations & Payments products
  • Demonstrates Effective Call Handling
  • Process and settle trade transactions
  • Support wire payment transactions and conduct investigations arising from inquiries received from business partners and/or clients.
  • Deliver high quality, timely and errorfree service to clients and service partners on Foreign Currency accounts.
  • Effectively manage work volumes and communicate operational concerns with relationship managers and service partners.
  • Provides consistent service within established Client Service Commitments/Service Partner Commitments and seeks to improve the quality, timeliness and consistency of responses to clients

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Currently enrolled at a Canadian postsecondary institution
  • Strong relationship management capabilities be able to work in a teamdriven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities across a number of assignments and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to resolve any minor conflicts/issues and escalate to others as appropriate
  • Previous customer service experience

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in a banking environment or call centre environment
  • Previous data entry experience
  • Fluency in French, verbal and writing skills
