    • What You'll Get To Do

  • Be responsible for coordinating haul trucks with contractor.
  • Manage pit activities, workers, equipment, loading and hauling.
  • Manage extraction line to ensure the pit run surge pile is adequate.
  • Maintain pit dewatering: includes pump checks and waterlines.
  • Mining block safety inspections and reporting.
  • Maintain and ensure efficient production and maintenance requirements are met.
  • Maximize efficiencies and maintain relationships with co-workers by leading by example.
  • Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed by workers.
  • Be aware of environmental issues.

    • What We Are Looking For

  • Previous Supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of mining equipment and experience with maintenance procedures.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safe work practices.
  • Receive supervisors instructions in a positive manner.
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety.
