We are seeking a highly self motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive our company's continued success.


Position Overview:

As a General Manager at The Power Garage, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.

You will lead our team of talented professionals and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, from strategic planning to day-to-day management.

We are looking for a dynamic leader who can drive results, foster a positive work environment, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic vision for the company, aligning it with our mission and long-term goals. Identify opportunities for growth and diversification in the market.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes growth, engagement, and productivity.

Financial Management: Take ownership of the company's financial health. Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions to ensure profitability.

Operational Excellence: Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Implement best practices to optimize resource utilization.

Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that our products/services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards across all aspects of the business, ensuring the highest level of quality in our products/services.

Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards. Manage risk effectively and implement necessary controls.

Communication: Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers and suppliers. Communicate effectively and transparently to keep all parties informed.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • CPA designation degree preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and teambuilding skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices and social responsibility.
