Position Purpose:


The role of this position requires an upbeat, energetic, motivated and well rounded individual who has a passion for digital marketing and client success.

This individual will be focused on managing, guiding, maintaining and upgrading existing clients.


Education & Professional Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in related field or equivalent experience in Marketing.

Experience:


  • 2 to 5 years of proven work experience in a similar role.

Qualifications:


  • Extensive knowledge of digital and online marketing services such as website development, SEO, PPC, social media and various other online marketing tactics.
  • Excellent proficiency with computers, Microsoft office, and cloud based software.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Multi-Tasking and ability to work with teams are essential.
  • Superior writing, editing, proofreading and quality assurance.
  • Experience with managing clients

Responsibilities:


  • Regular and active communication with clients directly via phone and virtual meetings.
  • Identify client's goals, budget and their vision for their business.
  • Advise clients on their ongoing marketing campaigns managed by Reach First.
  • Provide business consultation to clients to help them streamline their marketing processes.
  • Interacting with project managers to ensure assets are developed to client's satisfaction.
  • Consistently review, analyze, adjust and report on results achieved on all campaigns.
  • Keep clients up to date on their latest metrics and dynamic marketing campaigns.
  • Help with conversion optimization for enhanced lead generation online.
  • The ability to work with a team of marketers, designers, programmers and other disciplines to meet our clients marketing goals.
  • Learn, test and adapt to the latest trends in digital marketing.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edmonton, AB T5J 3R8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
