Purpose:


We are currently looking for a part time Customer Success Ambassador (for Montreal - Hopital Jean-Talon, Hopital Fleury, and Hopital Sacre-Coeur) to join our team.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Customer Success Ambassador is responsible for providing excellent customer service and representing HealthHub Patient Engagement Solutions positively at all times.

The Customer Success Ambassador will be required to travel to the assigned hospital(s) and will be responsible for generating revenue through hospital and patient engagement through the optimal use of bedside terminals.

The Customer Success Ambassador will be expected to be responsive to user needs and provide training to customers as needed.


Job Interactions and Interfaces:


Internally:
This role interacts with members of the Operations and Rental Management teams.


Externally:
This role interacts with hospital administration and end users.


Role responsibilities:


  • Be the point of contact with the various staff members of the various hospital settings.
  • Complete any request within the framework of the management of the operation within a health establishment served by HH. If necessary, assist the customer to complete the rental process.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the continuous improvement process in order to raise the level of the customer experience.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries and service issues regarding services provided, including opening service tickets.
  • Involve patients and staff members in sharing their point of view and comments on the services offered and share the feedback received with the various internal teams in order to improve our customer experience.
  • Carry out audits of equipment installed in the hospital(s) in its territory.

Qualifications:


  • DEP or DEC required
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales (asset).
  • Have a valid driver's license and a car to travel between hospitals.
  • Possess a rigorous work ethic and be able to manage priorities, in order to submit quality work while respecting deadlines.
  • Ability to develop business relationships and establish your credibility in order to advise customers.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass the background check and immunization status required to work in a health care facility.
  • Must be Bilingual in French and English
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English and French
  • Must be able to travel to the hospital(s) assigned (facetoface position).
