    Sales and Merchandising Representative
    Sales and Merchandising Representative
    Immediately hiring for a part time Sales and Merchandising Representative. This position offers a flexible Monday – Friday schedule with lots of opportunities for career growth with our company.

    Our Mosaic SMART sales team is responsible for execution of planogram displays, merchandising, sales reporting, and negotiating for shelf space in grocery stores within a defined territory.

    You'll be working with brands you love like Campbells and Coca Cola.
    Sales, negotiating & building display, POP material, distribution of innovation & planograms compliance,
    Negotiate Sales - selling in, call for orders, in-line orders and incremental retailer support for promotional programs
    Displays- negotiating and building display on every other visit to each store.
    Develop a positive working relationship with all key retail contacts
    Execute and deliver retail coverage as per plan for efficient and effective call frequency and length
    Resolve or escalate store level issues exhibiting a sense of urgency and professionalism.
    Drive distribution on core items and new innovative sales objectives
    Sales experience
    Retail Channel experience in grocery & mass preferred
    Ability to develop rapport and credibility with store managers
    Effective Knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel
    Daily access to Internet and email to be able to complete administrative tasks including tracking, submitting call reports, and checking email regularly for new product info
    Must have a computer/laptop with home internet
    Must be able to store POS at home location.
