Responsibilities
- Provide first and second tier technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Key software solutions to be supported include Shopify, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics
- Configure, install, and manage corporate devices such as workstations, laptops, printers, phones etc.
- Supports the onboarding process by provisioning new hires with hardware and software and orientation to the new user.
- Responsible for asset management for all offices in north America
- Manages the configuration and administration of Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Supports network services by troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Administers and enforces system operating policies and procedures.
- Works alongside IT admin, IT vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the environment is properly and securely configured to supports the business requirements.
- Networking experience and understanding of underlying principles such a TCP/IP, Subnetting
- Administers, monitors, and maintains accurate record of software subscriptions licences by user and by department.
- Maintains comprehensive IT Service Transition/Documentation library for all areas of responsibility.
- Records and tracks assignment/reassignment of all IT Asset inventory.
- Provide troubleshooting and training to users as required.
Qualifications, skills and knowledge
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years technical support.
- Minimum 1 year of office 365 online system administration and Azure technical experience.
- Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with business technology stakeholders with solid communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills including a strong ability to prioritize workload and a demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Experience in D-AX, ITIL, Shopify, NetSuite an advantage.
- Previous experience in apparel industry an advantage but not required.
Salary:
Up to $70,000.00 per year
