Position Summary:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring that any calls for affiliated companies are handled and forwarded to the correct office.
  • Entry of Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Assist in monthend closing.
  • Understand and follow emergency procedures, including managing visitor safety during evacuations or other emergencies.
  • Managing boardroom schedules
  • Daily office tasks such as but not limited to, retrieving and opening mail, filing & data entry, prepare packages for pickup or courier services.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Communicate with and schedule office cleaning.
  • Manage and organize office equipment, such as printers and copiers.
  • Assist with employee events and meetings to organize rentals, menus, and room bookings.
  • Assist Operations Administrators from all divisions with data entry and filing as required.

Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and aptitude for detail.
  • Experience with Sage 300 is considered an asset.
  • High school or GED diploma.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
  • Position requires a high level of initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to follow both oral and written instructions.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license; and
