Job Title: Ironworker or field Welder

As an Ironworker on our Field Team, you'll install and connect the structural and miscellaneous steel that brings commercial and industrial projects to life. From reading blueprints to working with cranes and aerial lifts, you'll be hands‑on in creating safe, durable, and impressive structures.

What You'll Do

• Work from erection drawings and blueprints to lay out and assemble steel components
• Use proper crane signals and operate aerial work platforms
• Install stairs, rails, ladders, platforms, roof supports, and other metalwork
• Support concrete, layout, and structural steel tasks

What You Bring

• Experience in construction, concrete, welding, or general labor
• Ability to read drawings and understand steel erection requirements
• Knowledge of crane signaling and AWP operation
• Commitment to safe work practices

Preferred Credentials

• Registered Ironworker or Welder Journeyman or Apprentice
• Journeyperson or Red Seal Ironworker certification is a plus
• Current AWP and Fall Protection training
• Basic Ironworker tools
• CWB certification (asset)

Full time hours, with half days on Friday most weeks.

The pay range for this position is $ $38.00/hr.
