    Kinatex Ste-Eustache is currently seeking a full-time administrative coordinator.

    As a coordinator, you will join a team composed of customer service agents, managers, coordinators, and healthcare professionals. All work together in collaboration and synergy to offer the best service to our clients in a healthy and stimulating work environment for everyone.

    You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic by performing activities related to customer service, administration, accounting, human resources management, and marketing. By being proactive and resourceful, you will ease the administrative burden of the managers you report to directly.

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities:

  • Payroll and employee record management;
  • Accounts payable and receivable;
  • Management of material resources;
  • Support for the integration of new employees;
  • Support in the training of customer service agents;
  • Assistance with reception duties;
  • Schedule management;
  • Support in the clinic's marketing development projects;
  • Requirements

    Your profile:

  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or technical diploma in administration and/or accounting (asset);
  • Knowledge of accounting (asset);
  • Familiarity with Sage and Excel (asset);
  • Knowledge of Clinic Master and Desjardins payroll (asset);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience in a similar role and/or customer service;
  • Bilingualism (asset);
  • Ability to be a positive leader for your team;
  • Commitment to always offering the best customer service;
  • Use an HR approach centered on positivity, leveling up, and collaboration;
  • Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information;
  • Self-motivation, organizational skills, and effective priority management;
