About the Job

The impact you'll have

Work with Vendasta's partners to bolster their business by providing fulfillment services to their smallmedium sized business clients
Work with local businesses behind the scenes to assess and implement a digital marketing strategy
Create, claim, and adjust listings on a variety of online sources
Process orders as they come into the Vendasta platform
Track all completed and pending work within Vendasta's task management platform
Provide world class customer service for our partners and their clients
Maintain product knowledge and awareness for our partners and their clients
Provide cross functional assistance to other departments within Marketing Services as required (training will be provided)

The value you'll bring

1+ years experience in customer service
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Digital marketing experience for local business
Proficient knowledge of social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) considered an asset
Base understanding of online listing sources (Google, Bing, Yelp).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
Availability to work evenings considered an asset, although not required
