Description
Coordinating with other departments to make sure all paperwork is thoroughly managed.

  • Assist accounting with invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Assisting drivers with documents (ensuring that drivers obtain necessary signatures on Bills of Lading, and complete their manifests).
  • Provide administrative support including generation of reports, presentations, policies, and general correspondence documents.
  • Daily & Monthly AP/ARrelated functions
  • Process Payables and Driver Pays as needed

Salary:
$15.50-$21.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
