Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Skyline Group of Companies. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute timely and relevant promotional campaigns and events.
• Identify innovative media channels and create new campaigns to generate new leads and brand awareness.
• Take ownership of new marketing and content strategy initiatives, ensuring adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to support marketing efforts.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
