Performs administrative duties for Parks and Recreation department including:
Responds to telephone and counter inquiries,
Receives and processes facility bookings and program registrations, using registration software,
Prepares daily cash reconciliation,
Operates PerfectMind software and debit/credit card machine,
Performs other facility-related duties.
Experience with computers required.
Experience with registration software; use of PerfectMind Software considered an asset.
Subject to frequent interruptions due to high volume of patron traffic in public office.
Able to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, late nights and holidays, depending on the needs of the facility.
