One of Millenilink's clients is hiring a Services Lead to help implement various service processes for a global manufacturing client based on industry best practices. These services include various areas including sales services, order management, depot repair, field services, tele-services, depot repair, returns authorization, return order management and more. The successful candidate must have excellent experience implementing these processes based on optimizing for the best customer experience and include people, process and technology as part of their solution recommendations. Experience doing this for a multi-national manufacturing client is optimal. Experience with Zendesk is an asset.

In order to qualify for this opportunity candidates MUST have:

• Experience implementing Service processes for a large manufacturing organization
• Process design and implementation experience with sales services, order management, returns processes, field services, tele-services, depot repair and more.
• Experience working with the business to understand the requirements and make recommendations based on best practices to improve service levels
• Experience implementing Services solutions
• Experience with Zendesk
• Ability to work with various legacy systems already running with the business
• Ability to communicate with technology teams, business and senior management
