Lawn Maintenance Workers (experience not essential)

If you enjoy great outdoor work and the satisfaction of a job well done, come join our team Experience is very welcome but if you have the right attitude and aptitude, we can teach you the skills.

We are a landscape maintenance company located in Vancouver (Marpole) near a major transit route (Granville St.) - no personal vehicle required.

Lawn Maintenance

> All positions are full-time (Mon-Fri) 8am-4pm

> Start date:
Immediately. Our season lasts until the end of November - preference given to those available through the rest of the season

> $20/hour starting training wage ($20-22/hour average over season for lawn cutting for new inexperienced employees. $22-26 average for experienced lawn cutters).

Responsibilities

Safe & competent operation of vehicles and machines
Ability to work alone & stay focused
Professional & courteous communication with clients
High attention to detail in all aspects of client service

Minimum Requirements
- physical fitness, enthusiasm, attention to detail, sense of humour
- excellent communication skills appropriate for a customer service environment
- able to work independently with mínimal direction
- valid B.C. driver's license and good driver's record (foreign licenses from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, USA, etc. can be transferred to a BC license for a small fee)
- proper work gear: rain gear, boots etc.
