Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Renovator to join our team.

As a Renovator, you will be responsible for various renovation projects, including demolition, minor framing, insulation, drywall, taping and mudding, painting, finish carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing, minor HVAC, flooring installation, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret drawings to understand project requirements
• Ability to complete jobs from start to finish
• Safely demolish and deconstruct
• Minor framing, plumbing, electrical and HVAC knowledge
• Able to insulate, drywall and finish drywall
• Hang interior doors and cut and install baseboards and casings
• Prep and paint trim, walls and ceilings
• Install schluter shower systems
• Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Renovator
• Skilled with power and hands tools
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• G Class license with own transportation and tools
• Van or truck is an asset
• English speaking
