Description

• Qualifying and processing customers rentals
• Offering optional products and services
• Processing Customer rental returns
• Responding to customers inquires, booking rentals and other types of phone inquires
• Cleaning the interior and exterior /Refueling vehicles
• Drive and park vehicles onlot as needed
• Checking the vehicle for damage and ensure features of the vehicle are operational
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Perform related tasks as directed by managers.

• Secondary School Diploma/GED

• 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Detailing vehicles experience preferred

• Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
• Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles
• Effective verbal communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management

• Must be able to carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management due to operational needs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
