Responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning their trips and provide detailed information on travel routes, accommodations, attractions, and local events
• Create and customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget
• Book tours, transportation, accommodations, and other travel arrangements for customers
• Provide directions and guide visitors to popular tourist spots, ensuring their safety and enjoyment
• Stay uptodate with the latest travel trends and recommend unique and exciting experiences
• Collaborate with travel agencies, hotels, and other tourismrelated businesses to enhance customer experiences

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Tourism or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals
• Strong knowledge of local tourist attractions, accommodations, and event venues
• Proficient in using computer systems and travel booking platforms
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Possess a friendly and welcoming personality, with a passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service

The job scope
Part time shift for 3-5 hours and full-time 8 hours.

• Salary: $80$140/Per day
• Age must be 20 years old and above
• Flexible Working hours, no experience is welcomed
• Daily payroll

Supplemental pay type
