Fix opnsense openvpn setup transferred to replacement router

Job summary
I replaced a router running OPNsense with a new faster router running OPNsense 25 and backed up the configuration from the old router and restored it to the new router.
Everything seems fine except the OpenVPN setup. Most everything appears to be there, i.e. Users,Certificates,Etc.
except the on the new router there isn't a server but an instance and I've tried to duplicate settings but they are not
The same so not sure what is wrong.
