What do we expect of you:

  • Enrollment or completion of post-secondary Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in using &/or developing financial, accounting or reporting software & systems.
  • Foundational knowledge of financial concepts & principles.
  • Experienced with Python, SQL, (essential) Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate (an asset).
  • Effective multitasker, adept at prioritizing tasks for efficient completion.
  • Selfmotivated & efficient while working independently.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Team player, positively impacting & supporting colleagues.
  • Demonstrates discretion in handling confidential information.

What you will be doing:


  • Collaborating with team members to identify opportunities that will positively impact user experience & increase efficiencies.
  • Assist in performing business needs assessments.
  • Provide support in the development & delivery of training materials for software implementation & client onboarding.
  • Provide technical support in the development & maintenance of internal tools, scripts, reports & dashboards.
  • Develop procedures & documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Embrace feedback & mentoring from colleagues, continuously developing & improving your skills & abilities.
  • Participating in team activities and offering support to colleagues, helping to build a strong & cohesive work environment.
