What our Talent Coordinators do:
Our Talent Coordinators are also responsible for:
  • Assisting with high volume recruitment coordination for our Early Talent and Graduate hiring.
Ensure global recruitment standards in place are robust, effective, and focused on ROI.- Encourage and share best practice standards across the global talent acquisition function. Participate and support on regional recruitment and HR initiatives- What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience providing coordination or administrative support in a fast
  • paced in
  • house recruiting and/or agency experience environment preferred.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Market knowledge within technology highly preferred.
  • Maintain strict working practices within a robust governance framework.
  • Portray positivity when faced with business adversity.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Visio Skills preferred.
