The opportunity:


Key responsibilities include:


  • Acting as a key member of the project team to deliver the new instance of Croesus.
  • Being integral in the process development and testing activities leading to project launch.
  • Coordinating testing activities with respective internal departments to ensure the most current version of the administration system is in place.
  • Being responsible for driving change requests with the vendor.
  • Collaborating with the Training & Development team to develop and administer specialized system training.
  • Updating transactional data in the administration system daily to ensure the data meets the needs of our advisor teams.
  • Facilitating customization changes per branch (basic report configuration, client information fields customization, etc).
  • Identifying, documenting, reporting, and tracking system issues (related to data and performance).
  • Collaborating with the Service Desk team when there are outages or service issues reported.
  • Managing escalation of feedback from key users and providing support for functional questions as raised by the advisor teams.
  • Maintaining comprehensive system documentation, as well as process & procedure capture and continual improvement.
  • Being responsible for elevated controls surrounding user management of the Croesus system.
  • Performing regular audits into user assignments and supporting the Service Desk with changes requested.
  • Collaborating with key departments on reconciliation activities to align data across the various systems.
  • Generating and presenting monthly reports out of Croesus around topics such as user engagement, system performance, etc.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in finance, business analysis, or a similar field of study. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge of financial products, financial calculations, financial terms, and business processes of an introducing broker.
  • A minimum of 25 years of financial services industry experience, preferably in a highgrowth environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer/clientservicefacing role.
  • Experience in the wealth management or other regulated industries is a strong asset.
  • Successful completion of a certificate in Quality Management and/or Business Analytics is considered an asset.
  • Experience with various collaborative workflow tools (Jira) and Croesus is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Demonstrate analytical, organizational, problemsolving, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively organize and manage a high volume of timesensitive, highly detailed, and confidential information.

Education:
Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or better in Finance or related field
