Operations Manager in
Saskatoon.

What You'll Do

Oversee and manage delivery, warehouse, technical services and associated teams in a fast paced environment
Maintain positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication including staff meetings, weekly reviews, and one on one communication
Oversee and manage administrative processes and procedures, ensuring these are executed and completed efficiently and in accordance with corporate policy
Manage, and support the employee lifecycle (recruitment, orientation, and onboarding, retention, and offboarding). Provide coaching and performance feedback, supporting professional growth, training, and development
Ensures an inclusive and collaborative work environment that is aligned with KDP values and policies
Collaborate closely with Associate Managers and leaders across the territory and country to promote synergy
