Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-level Automation and AI Architect to design and deploy a 100% autonomous social media engine for Haali Voice, a medical-grade AI platform.
The mission is to take a structured, high-detail Master Knowledge Base and transform it into a self-sustaining content machine that posts to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook without human intervention.
We do not want to build bespoke software.We are looking for an expert who can curate the best existing industry tools and APIs to create a seamless, professional-grade pipeline where accuracy is guaranteed and visual output is premium.
The Challenge:
You must architect a system that ensures zero "AI hallucinations"—every post must be factually anchored to our provided Knowledge Base.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Design:
Propose and implement a robust workflow using existing automation and AI platforms.
Factual Integrity:
Build a retrieval mechanism that forces the AI to use our Knowledge Base as the only "Source of Truth.
"Media Orchestration:
Integrate professional APIs for the automated generation of watermark-free videos, infographics, and technical diagrams.
Centralized Monitoring:
Setup a single, existing SaaS-based dashboard where we can view, monitor, and audit all scheduled and historical content across all platforms.
Autonomous Posting:
Configure secure, official API connections for automated delivery to all four social channels.
Required Expertise:
- Proven track record in complex workflow automation and API orchestration.
- Deep understanding of LLM "guardrailing" and factual grounding (RAG).
- Experience with automated media generation (Video/Graphics/Diagrams) via API.
- Mastery of social media API management and centralized content hubs.
Strategic Thinking:
You must be able to explain why your proposed stack is the most reliable, cost-effective, and scalable solution.

As part of your proposal, we expect you to map out your vision for this project, covering the following:

Zero Watermarks:
All chosen tools must offer professional tiers that remove branding.
High Accuracy:
The architecture must prevent the AI from "making up" clinical or economic data.
- The Monitoring Dashboard
Instead of a bespoke tool, you should identify and configure an existing SaaS platform (such as a relational database tool or a high-end content scheduler) that allows us to see the "Content Queue" and "Post History" for all socials in one unified view.
- Implementation Timeline
Phase 1:
Configure the knowledge retrieval and factual grounding logic.
Phase 2:
Integrate the media generation APIs and visual templates.
Phase 3:
Setup the centralized dashboard and social media API handshakes.
Phase 4:
Run "stress tests" to ensure autonomous reliability.
- Maintenance & Vitality
Token/API Management:
How we monitor usage costs across the various platforms.
Knowledge Updates:
The process for updating the engine when our product specs evolve.
API Stability:
How you will handle regular social media platform security updates and token refreshes.
Screening Questions for Applicants

2. "How do you technically ensure that the AI engine uses only our Knowledge Base and does not hallucinate general healthcare information?"

4. "Describe your experience with social media API token management—how do you ensure the automated posting doesn't break every 60 days?"
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
