Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree or diploma in Ophthalmology Technology or related field, combined with relevant certification such as the Certification of Ophthalmic Surgical Assistants (COSA).


• Possess high-level analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues arising during ophthalmological surgeries or diagnostics. 
  


• The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy under pressure, often dealing multiple tasks simultaneously throughout shifts.
