This is a 10 hour shift, 4 days a week.


Role responsibilities

• Greeting clients who walk in and creating a welcoming environment
• Administrative tasks
• Conflict resolution
• Processing bills and payments

Qualifications

• Adaptability and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• High communication skills
• Warm, friendly, kind demeanor
• Team player
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Avimark experience considered an asset

Qualified applicants will preferably have one year of experience working in a veterinary clinic, with previous receptionist experience being an asset.

Salary ranges from $19/hr - $25/hr based on experience.
