    • Lead a professional team to foster a positive work culture while ensuring the facility remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.
    • Spearhead capital upgrades and oversee management of 84 residential apartments.

    The Ideal Candidate

    As a successful retail or mall manager, you possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • You are adept at handling multiple tasks efficiently and have experience in budgeting, financial management, and marketing strategy implementation.
    • Familiarity with property management software and knowledge of local laws and regulations related to retail and residential properties are essential.

    What We Offer
