We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist to join our team at solis optics in Waterloo!This casual role involves warmly greeting customers as they enter our store communicating with customers in person by phone and by email billing the customer their medical service provider and other third parties managing appointment bookings prescription printouts billing payments upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma problem-solving skills!
