Essential Qualifications
- Community college diploma in food service management or equivalent
- Membership with the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management
- CBORD system experience
- Familiarity with therapeutic diet modification for clients and patients in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated computer skills with intermediate level knowledge of Word and Excel
- Highly developed organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Superior customer service skills with demonstrated diplomacy and tact
- Adept at building positive relationships and an ability to work both independently as well as within a team setting
- Consensusbuilding and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for systems issues of a moderate to complex scope
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA
Preferred Qualifications
- Health Science related degree
- Proficiency in French would be an asset
- Knowledge of Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Compliance Standards
- Experience working in a mental health, long term care or rehabilitation
- Experience working in Food Service, understanding of nutritional analyses, the fundamentals of menu planning, and work flow from a clinical and an operational perspective

- St. Joseph's Health Care London through its affiliation with Western University and Fanshawe College is a leading research and teaching hospital. As an employee of St. Joseph's you will be expected to engage in role related teaching and research activities in addition to any of your clinical duties
Immunization Requirements
- Provide documentation you have received three doses of the Covid19 vaccine and a written commitment to follow any future Public Health recommendations and St. Joseph's Health Care London policies and processes related to Covid management in the workplace
- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox)
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
