Woodstock Hyundai is currently looking for a
Part-Time Receptionist to join their team in Woodstock.


The
Receptionist is the face of the dealership and is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties to support dealership operations and ensure customers receive a world-class service experience.


The
Receptionist works closely with all departments within the dealership and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members.


  • It's also a role that provides great exposure all dealership operations and provides great handson experience_

Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 4 pm - 7 pm. Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm.


Job Duties:


  • Handle incoming calls, route and take messages.
  • Greeting and supporting customers.
  • Coordinating and processing customer's payments.
  • Performing various clerical and administrative duties.
  • Maintaining the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Must bring a positive attitude.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be confident and capable of working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must be comfortable working independently.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
  • Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
  • Teamoriented.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Dealership experience preferred but not required.
  • Flexible schedule would be willing to cover for fulltime receptionist when needed.
