Job responsibilities


The role of the Corporate Finance Analyst is to play a key role in supporting financial decision-making and driving strategic initiatives for TFG Financial Corporation.


  • Conduct indepth financial analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management, investors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support the evaluation of investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis and reporting
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact our business

Qualifications, knowledge and experience

  • A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and a resultsoriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (i.e. Tableau)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear and concise presentations
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
