What you'll be doing
:


  • Interact with the customer account team to consult on customer strategic objectives and desired outcomes, defining plan to achieve success of their analytics programs
  • Support and collaborate on workforce analytics consulting engagements to identify insights that drive business impact for our customers.
  • Contribute to and participate in executive level presentations
  • Delivery of packaged services to enable analytics readiness and adoption of Visier, which may include:
  • Rollout Planning, Adoption support
  • Workforce planning specific support
  • Design and development of analysis that support key business objectives
  • Enable our customers' internal teams (e.g., endusers such as HRBPs) to unlock the potential benefits of using analytics, and specifically Visier's solutions
  • Enrich the collective knowledge base and Visier community article collection by sharing experiences, lessons learned on the product and in the field

What you'll bring to the table
:


  • 5+ years' experience being in a human resources related profession, including experience leading change management projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which include the ability to comfortably present complex concepts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, ranging from HR professionals to Fortune 500 executives.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment as an independent and proactive problem solver
  • Proven fearlessness and curiosity in using and adopting technology
  • Flexible to travel (when appropriate in the future) to be deployed on projects that will be onsite with customers from time to time, so travel should be expected
