The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Operations Site Support and working alongside the Business Intelligence Manager, you will support retail operations through understanding organizational priorities and requirements.
As an Operations Support Analyst you will provide support for Applied Epic's agency management system including M&A integrations (data reviewer, data validation, employee work orders, download, structure validation), Epic reporting, management recommendations, workflow development, Epic system configurations and end user training.
What you will bring to our teamApplied Epic accounting experience
Applied Epic report building experience
4+ years' experience in the insurance agency industry either working for an agency or providing services to agencies
Excellent communication skills in both verbal & written.
Experience successfully working autonomously and collaboratively with a team
Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
A day in the life
- Maintain indepth knowledge of Applied Epic
Perform UAT testing, complete software and sandbox environment validation
Complete code changes, workload reassignment tickets and submit script requests
M&A support for data extraction, validation, and training
Build Epic reports based on specific criteria
Source and track information on changes, new updates, systems and processes to ensure continual improvements
Build training material and process documents for retail operations
Train Epic material as needed
Keep training and process documents refreshed and current
Participate in general project work as an Epic SME
