- Design & integrate enclosures for power electronic modules (Capacitor, Harmonic Filter, magnetic components, switching circuit & MCC, Active filtration) in accordance with mechanical integration related to Electrical Code (CSA, UL, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, IEC);
- Generate 3D and 2D detail and assembly drawings with BOM to support product design and maintenance for external and internal clients;
- Provide support to Application Engineering for Low and Medium Voltage power quality correction and system monitoring products.
- Support RFI-RFQ process, Project definition for product design related to customer Bid.
- Produce and control, production Engineering documentation in the PDM;
- Participate in design reviews of complete products;
- Propose, improve and maintain the processes of design, documentation and release of electrical products;
- Write technical reports;
- Participate in the design of integrated module considering thermal constraints and ventilation for cooling.
- Professional or industrial Mechanical Designer diploma or other equivalent field;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical CAD design;
- Experience in designing Electric products and serviceable products for buildings, an asset;
- Experience in reading and understanding Electrical Schematic drawings, an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of SolidWorks and the Configuration and Design Tables functions, a must;
- Knowledge of SolidWorks PDM, an asset;
- Knowledge of geometrical tolerances and dimensioning(GD&T, CTQ,), an asset;
- Knowledge of welded sheet metal design and manufacturing processes, a must;
- Has great attention to detail;

- Diplome de concepteur professionnel ou industriel en mecanique ou dans un autre domaine equivalent;
- Minimum 3-5 ans dexperience en conception CAD mecanique;
- Experience dans la conception de produits electriques de batiments et de produits de service, un atout;
- Experience dans la lecture et la comprehension de dessins schematique electrique, un atout;
- Excellente connaissance de SolidWorks et les fonctions Configuration et Design Table, un indispensable;
- Connaissance de SolidWorks PDM, un atout;
- Connaissance du tolerancement geometrique et dimensionnel (GD&T, CTQ,), un atout;
- Connaissance en conception et des procedes de fabrication de pieces en metal en feuille soude, un indispensable;
