    Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Content Development Specialist which will be comprised of completing training Video Production and Knowledge Base Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging training videos for our clients and updating and maintaining our knowledge base with client-facing articles. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have access to comprehensive and user-friendly resources to maximize their experience with our products/services.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop, produce, and edit training videos for our clients, covering topics such as product tutorials, best practices, troubleshooting guides, and new feature releases.

    -Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of training video content.

    -Utilize video editing software and multimedia tools to create professional-quality training videos with clear visuals, narration, and graphics. Manage the end-to-end production process for training videos, including pre-production planning, filming, post-production editing, and distribution.

    -Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and best practices for training video production.

    -Update and maintain our knowledge base with client-facing articles, FAQs, and support documentation.

    -Organize and categorize knowledge base articles to ensure easy navigation and accessibility for clients.

    -Collaborate with the customer support team to identify common client issues and develop relevant knowledge base articles to address them.

    -Regularly review and update existing knowledge base content to reflect product updates, changes, and enhancements. Monitor knowledgebase usage and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5+ years of customer support experience preferably in the software industry
  • Basic writing and technical skill
  • Passionate about providing remarkable customer focused service that makes clients ask for you by name
  • Superior problem solving skills with the intellectual horsepower to think outside the box to ensure excellent customer service; excellent conflict management skills
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to "wear multiple hats" and work in a fast paced environment and driven for results
  • Superior communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills in the English language; approachable and a great listener
  • Technically inclined with the motivation to learn new technologies
  • Working experience with business or ERP applications would be considered an asset
  • Well-honed organizational and process management skills; and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree / college diploma
  • Experience in administrative side of the construction industry and/or supporting ERP/business/accounting applications would be considered an asset
