    We are seeking ahighly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a SalesSpecialist in Richmond Hill, ON .

    The Sales Specialistwill be responsible for driving and managing the entire sales process fromprospecting to close. They will work with our customer service, providingexcellent customer service and relationship management with clients, andachieving sales targets

    This job is inCanada and only candidates eligible to work in Canada for any employer will beconsidered.

    This is a hybridrole with an expectation to be at the office in Richmond Hill once a week

    ***Travel will be required for clientsin the US and across Canada.

    Responsibilities :

  • Follow the Sales playbook and develop a tangible action plan. Initiate execution of the action plan in the second month of on-boarding to refine the playbook and action plan.
  • Actively generate new business, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients.
  • Increase presence and awareness of Brevitas within the industry, attending events and conferences.
  • Conduct virtual andin-person meetings with prospective clients.
  • Provide feedback to company leadership on sales-related topics to generate more sales.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience and validated success in B2B development.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business or marketing-related discipline.
  • Proven experience in successfully generating leads, approaching/cold calling, and engaging with potential business clients, building rapport, and delivering compelling sales presentations.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on mentality, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Agile in nature, able to adapt to changing situations and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Competitive, organized, focused, and enjoy the challenge of creating win/win solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
