What you'll be doing


As the Business Development Specialist - Digital Engagement you'll report to the Director, Business Development & National Accounts and provide a combination of digital and administrative support to the Global Distribution Team (GDT) including but not limited to digital engagement activities and sales reporting activities.

You'll liaise among the management team, internal partners and broader sales team to support events, digital engagement platforms and activities such as Sales Campaigns, Virtual Meeting Resources, Coordinate Portfolio Manager Client Sales meetings, management of web and intranet sites and sales reporting.

How you'll succeed Collaborate - Liaise with Marketing and Advisor Services to help promote the specific marketing pieces for client facing use.

Coordinate Portfolio Manager and Client Portfolio Manager advisor facing meetings.- Relationship building - Obtain assistance from internal colleagues in other functional areas.

Assignments may require securing pertinent data from external contacts or sources.- Client engagement - Understanding diverse client requirements and customize standard work procedures in response to client needs within agreed upon deadlines.

Ensure marketing initiatives and essential changes that are published to the various mediums meet client expectations and adhere to defined standards and compliance rules.


Who you are- You have a degree/diploma through a College/University.- It's an asset if you have any industry related accreditations.- You can demonstrate experience in Sales Coordination and Administration in a fast-paced environment.- You know that details matter.

You are proficient in MS office suite (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).- You're goal oriented. You coordinate complex activities, and schedules that frequently require re-adjustment due to shifting priorities.- Values matter to you.
