Work Location:

Downtown, Saskatoon office. 40 hours per week. Hybrid working (flexible, shared workstations and a combination of office and work from home) is standard for BHP.

About the Role:

Manage the selection and assessment process, in accordance with BHP procedures, guidelines and relevant regulatory, legislative, cultural and regional considerations
Coach leaders on the Talent Acquisition strategy and how this is a lever to achieving business priorities, including how the use of fair and equitable strategies minimizes risks (such as unconscious bias) throughout the recruitment process
Evaluate and continuously enhances the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Follow the sourcing strategy through to completion, partnering with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize the relevant talent segment plan

About You:

Be an experienced recruiter who ideally has exposure to the resources sector or a similar heavy industry
Have a growth mindset and learning agility
Understand and manage stakeholders and their priorities; Influence acceptable outcomes
Guide negotiations to an acceptable outcome based on predetermined stakeholder requirements
Collaborate with key decision makers across the organization to implement changes that will drive results
