Job Title: Project Oversight Specialist

The successful candidate will lead a team of project managers and oversee the delivery of projects across various business units. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversight of project teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Collaboration with other managers to monitor workload, transfer information, and advance corporate priorities.
• Review of contractual documents to ensure risk mitigation for the overall business unit.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
