Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Squeezes and twists frostingfilled pastry bags with various tips attached.
  • Follows standards for quality and consistency of finished product.
  • Reads member special orders to determine appropriate flavors, colors, decorative pattern and personalized writing for cakes.
  • Applies filling between layers and frosts using spatula
  • Garnishes cakes by hand.

Pay:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
